Welcome to B.Lasered. You will find that we have a commitment to quality and exceptional customer service. We want you to think of us as your “go to” for your decor, gifts, and more.
Please note that we use wood or other natural materials in many of our items. Due to the natural characteristics of these materials, not all items will be exactly as the picture, including the the coloring of engraving. This is unavoidable and is part of the charm and uniqueness of each item. Also, some colors may be different in person than on your screen, as all computers/devices show color differently.

Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds
Our refund and returns policy is 10 days from the time you receive your order. YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECIEVING YOUR ORDER TO REPORT AN ISSUE.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Personalized and customized items except if a product arrived damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error made by B. Lasered. We will happily offer a refund (or free replacement including shipping) of the damaged item.
If an item is incorrect and you approved the proof (for custom items), the item is not refundable. Please reach out so we can try to work something out. - Gift cards
- Downloadable items, e.g., digital files
- Shipping fees
B. Lasered does not formally recognize the phenomenon of buyer’s remorse. If the desired order arrives at a buyer’s specified address in a reasonable time, in good condition, in the correct size, and possesses no production errors, we believe the job to be complete.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@b-lasered.com. We will send instructions for the exchange.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for return shipping, unless the issue is the fault of B. Lasered.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible if it gets lost or damaged on t’s way back to us.
Cancelations
For Customized or personalized items: you’re free to cancel an order anytime before the items have been created. If a cancelation is requested after an item has been made, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancelation is possible.
For items that are not customized or personalized: you’re free to cancel an order anytime before the items have been prepared for shipment.
Customized/Personalized Items
All custom orders will be paid in full before item will be designed and created.
Proofs will be sent for all customized orders; and in some cases, depending on complexity of item, personalized items. After three changes to a designed item, additional customization charges will apply at a rate of $20/hr. Charged by the minute.

Non-customized or personalized items ship within 5 business days. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us at service@B-Lasered.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. There may be some circumstances that a rush fee may be charged.

Shipping
Currently, B. Lasered ships through USPS and UPS. We ship anywhere in the US and Canada. Orders are shipped with insurance (for orders over $50) and tracking for all orders.
We do not profit from shipping. You will be charged actual shipping costs for your order if it falls under the free shipping amount or is out of the country. *Some bulky, heavy items may have an additional shipping charge. This will be noted on the product page.
Expedited processing & expedited shipping can be purchased as an item in the shop.
Returned shipments:
If a shipped order is returned to B. Lasered “return to sender” due to an address mistake given from the purchaser (not error from B. Lasered), the purchaser must pay for reshipment. If reshipping payment is not made by the purchaser within 90 days, the order will be considered an “abandoned order” and will no longer be available. If the mistake is made by B. Lasered, we will happily reship your item to the correct address.
Buyers are responsible for providing a secure place for dropping off the package. If your neighborhood is not safe, please route your package to another safe address. B. Lasered is not responsible for stolen/lost packages. Please contact your local post office and police office for a stolen/lost package.
• If you didn’t receive your item due to an incorrect address that you provided, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
Promotional free shipping offers:
Currently, we are offering free shipping on orders $35 and over, shipped to the United States. Extra large or bulky items or items shipping to Canada will incur additional shipping charges.
Buyers are responsible for for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or carrier issues.
